Services

Registered Agent

The registered agent is responsible for accepting service of process and other legal and official documents on behalf of the entity.

It is important to note that in Texas, the registered agent must be a resident of the state or a corporation authorized to do business in the state. The registered agent must have a physical street address in Texas, and must be available during normal business hours to receive service of process and other official documents.

Notary Public Services

Notarization is a process in which a Notary Public acts as an impartial witness to the signing of a document and verifies the identity of the signer(s). The Notary then applies their official seal or stamp to the document, attesting to the authenticity of the signature(s) and the fact that the signer(s) appeared before the Notary and were determined to be acting of their own free will.

Notarization services are often used for important legal documents, such as wills, deeds, contracts, and powers of attorney, to ensure their validity and to prevent fraud. Some common notarization services include document witnessing, signature verification, and jurat (affidavit) signings.
