You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Terms. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our services. If you agree to the General Terms and do not agree to any Service Specific Terms, please do not use the corresponding Service. You can accept the Terms by checking a checkbox.
We provide services and promote doing business education in Texas. You may use the services for your personal and business use or for internal business purpose in the organization that you represent. You may connect to the services using any Internet browser or mobile application supported by the services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use the services. If you provide any information that is untrue, outdated, or incomplete, or if texascompany.org has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, outdated, or incomplete, Texascompany.org may terminate your user account and refuse current or future use of any or all of the services.
Age: Members must typically be of legal age, which is 18 or 21 years old, depending on the state.

Residency: Members do not have to be residents of the state where the LLC is formed, but at least one member must be designated as a registered agent in the state.

Financial contribution: Members may be required to make a financial contribution to the LLC in the form of a capital investment or loan.

Management responsibilities: Members may be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the LLC, or they may delegate these responsibilities to a manager or board of managers.

Voting rights: Members typically have the right to vote on important decisions affecting the LLC, such as changes to the operating agreement or the admission of new members.

Profits and losses: Members typically share in the profits and losses of the LLC in accordance with their ownership percentage.
